This is a direct pipe replacement for the exhaust elbow that comes with your Kenworth truck except that it is in chrome. Connects to your original pipes in the same position, keep in mind that these particular elbows come for left (Driver) or right (Passenger) side position so make sure to choose the one that you are looking to replace, or if you need 2 of them to get 1 of each side.
