Chrome Bumper. High quality chrome 100% Made in USA. Backed by a 1 Year Chrome Warranty when bumper is 16″ or smaller.

10 Gauge Steel. Dependable 10 gauge steel offers you the strength and durability you expect for your bumper.

Front/Face Bolt Mount. The bolt hole cut outs are on the face of the bumper made to match your OEM bolt pattern. Each truck make and model usually has their own distinctive bolt pattern for the mounting of their bumpers. Compare the bolt hole pattern on the product images to the ones on your truck for verification that this is the product for you.

T800 Bolt Hole Pattern. The bolt hole patterns for Kenworth T800 are either 4 bolt holes on each side (8 bolt holes total for mounting) or 3 bolt holes on each side (6 bolt holes total for mounting). You must choose the bumper bolt hole pattern that matches your truck. The 3 holes will not align with the holes for a 4 bolt hole pattern.

Tapered. Bumper is 14″ at its longest point and gradually becomes smaller to 10″ on each end.

Step, Fog, and Tow Hook Holes. The tow hook hole is ready for easy access to your hook when needed. Rectangular fog hole cut outs are popular for 6″ Rectangular LED Work Light: US02-1110 or US02-1182. Step hole cutout also included to facilitate opening your hood.

Brackets. We strongly recommend a professional installation as you may need brackets that are not included with the bumper. Each truck’s installation needs are identified at the time of installation therefore they may not all be exactly alike.

WARRANTY will be VOIDED if the bumper has any visible damage , alterations and if its exposed to corrosive environments (SALT, ICE MELT, SAND, ROAD GRINDING, ROAD DEBRIS, ETC) in Abnormal conditions. Be AWARE that Break Back, Aero and Wrap Around Bumpers Over 18″ tall are NOT Covered under Warranty.
